The ZGH0100C provides a resolution of 100 pulses per revolution (PPR). It features a rugged cast aluminum housing rated IP54/NEMA 13 and dual 3/8" stainless steel shafts. Operating on 8-28 VDC, it delivers high-accuracy quadrature signals for direction and speed monitoring.
Provides 100 pulses per revolution, allowing for much finer measurement precision than 1 PPR models—ideal for high accuracy length cutting or speed control.
Features two output channels (A and B) in quadrature, enabling your controller to detect both the speed and the direction of material travel.
The dual 3/8" (9.53 mm) shafts permit mounting a measuring wheel on one side and a coupling or second wheel on the other for balanced, slip-free tracking.
