The ZGG0001C is a heavy duty encoder that produces 1 pulse per revolution (PPR). Encased in a cast aluminum housing with an IP54/NEMA 13 rating, it operates on 8-35 VDC and provides an NPN open collector output. Its 3/8" stainless steel shafts are built for high speed use up to 6000 RPM.
The dual 3/8" (9.53 mm) shafts allow for versatile mounting options, such as attaching wheels to both sides or using one side for coupling while the other monitors speed.
Specifically calibrated for length sensing; when used with a 1-foot circumference wheel, it provides exactly 1 pulse per foot, simplifying scaling for counters and PLCs.
Packaged in a durable cast aluminum casing with a gasketed rear cover, making it ideal for dusty or dirty environments where non-contact sensors might fail.
Rated for continuous use up to 6000 RPM, ensuring it can keep up with fast moving production lines without losing signal accuracy.
