The C48CB110 is a versatile 1/16 DIN batch counter featuring a red/green backlit display and three high speed NPN outputs. Powered by 18-36 VDC or 24 VAC, it manages both process and batch counts simultaneously with a rugged NEMA 4X/IP65 sealed bezel for industrial durability.
Features a 6-digit red LCD for the main count and a 6-digit green LCD for the secondary batch or total value.
Supports nine programmable modes, including bi-directional, anti-coincidence, and quadrature counting.
Two outputs are assigned to the primary process counter. A third output is dedicated to the batch or total counter.
Operates on standard 24 VAC or 18-36 VDC, fitting easily into modern DC-powered control architectures.
Capable of processing pulses from high resolution encoders without missing counts at high production speeds.
