The ARCJ1B00 is a rugged cast aluminum ring adapter designed to mount between a NEMA 143TC motor and a gear case. It includes a 60-tooth sensing gear (7/8" bore) and a factory-installed magnetic pickup, providing a 1-pulse-per-RPM output for high-speed rate monitoring.
The included 60-tooth gear creates a 60-pulse-per-revolution output, which translates directly to 1 Hz per RPM, simplifying the scaling for tachometers and rate meters.
Precision-machined to fit standard NEMA type C-face motor frames (specifically 143TC, 145TC, 182C, and 184C) for a seamless mechanical fit.
The ring features an integral junction box made of durable cast aluminum with dual 0.5" NPT conduit entries, providing superior protection for electrical connections.
Equipped with a factory preset magnetic pickup sensor ideal for high speed applications, capable of operating at speeds up to 5,000 RPM.
Designed to be installed quickly on foot-mounted motors or between motor and gear flanges, requiring no specialized machining or shaft modifications.
While factory set for standard operation, the sensor air gap can be easily adjusted by the user to maximize signal strength for specific gear runout conditions.
