ETS download failed on Intesis KNX gateway

This article explains what to do if the KNX gateway doesn't respond during ETS program download.

The KNX application may fail to download during initial gateway programming, especially in large installations.

Isolate the gateway from the KNX bus for the initial download. Set up a basic installation with the KNX power supply, PC Interface, and gateway.

Note: The first download can take up to 45 minutes.
