In this article, we explain how to proceed when the ambient temperature isn't shown when integrating a Fujitsu Unit with our 1to1 RC gateways.
APPLICABLE PRODUCTS
Intesis 1-1 RC Fujitsu Gateway/Device
ISSUE
The ambient temperature is not available.
SOLUTION
Note that Fujitsu indoor units do not report the room temperature, a Fujitsu wired remote controller must be available and configured to report the room temperature.

Set the wall controller to send the Ambient Temperature.
