This article explains the steps to perform a factory reset of an Intesis V6 gateway. Gateways using this hardware can be factory reset by powering on the device while holding down the A and B buttons.

PRE-REQUISITES

Physical access to the Intesis gateway.

FACTORY RESET PROCEDURE

1. Power off the Intesis gateway.
2. Press and hold both A and B buttons.

3. Power the Intesis gateway on.
4. Continue holding the buttons for about 10 seconds until the LEDs cycle from top to bottom, then from bottom to top.
5. Release the buttons.
6. All LEDs will cycle up and down then down and up again for about 20 seconds. Once the process is complete, all LEDs will blink.
