This article explains the steps to perform a factory reset of an Intesis V6 gateway. Gateways using this hardware can be factory reset by powering on the device while holding down the A and B buttons.

FACTORY RESET PROCEDURE

To reset the Intesis device to its factory settings, first disconnect the power supply. Then, while holding down buttons A and B, reconnect the power supply. Keep the buttons pressed until the LEDs start flashing and circling. Once the LEDs stop circling, the process is finished. If the device does not receive an IP address via DHCP within 30 seconds, it can be found at the IP address 192.168.100.246. Alternatively, connect via USB.

No access to the Intesis Gateway? It is also possible to perform a factory reset using the MAPS software. However, before proceeding, please ensure that you will be able to regain access once the factory reset is completed. Navigate to Diagnostic > Console command field > enter RESETTOFACTORY.
