IP Addresses, URLs and ports used to connect to Talk2M

This document details the IP addresses, URL and ports used by Ewon or by Ecatcher to establish a VPN
connection to the Talk2M cloud.  It also suggests different actions in case of on-site Internet connection issues while setting up the Ewon.

IN THIS ARTICLE

Here are some points you should follow in case of commissioning issue related to the on-site Internet connection.

  • If you want to know specifically the VPN Server IP addresses of Talk2M, please visit the Talk2M VPN Servers page.
  • You can also know the status of the Talk2M cloud at any time through the Talk2M Status page.
  • If you are facing a connection setup issue on site, use the Talk2M Connection checker (download it from here) to diagnose your Internet connection. At the end of the test, the tool should give a detailed analysis of the possible network issues.
  • If something is blocked on the local firewall preventing the Talk2M connection from the Ewon or eCatcher, you can give to the local IT team this document.
