ISSUE
When I try logging into Ecatcher, I receive the popup error "Server communication error: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"
ANSWER
This error occurs due to SSL/TLS inspection on the network being used or by security software installed on the PC, which breaks the chain of trust (certificates) between the endpoint (your PC) and our servers (Talk2M).
In order to fix this, your IT department will need to allow your PC to bypass this certificate exchange interception.
