We will outline the details of how to complete a diagnostics core dump

Step 1
You need to login to the device's web server.
Step 2
Click the word “System” in the top right corner
Step 3
You will be asked to login. Once logged in click the word “Home”.
Step 4
Then click the “name” of your device in the top right corner.
You should see a screen like this one. It shows the core dump under the heading Diagnostic Dumps.
Step 5
Please download each core dump. Click the name “LinuxHost” next to each date to start the download.
