This article shows you how to retrieve a System Log File from a FlexEdge device.
ITEM 1
Step 1
Go to the device web server. (Open web browser, type in device IP address, click the word "Systems" you may need to login for this.)
Step 2
Go to Diagnostics-Linux System Log
Step 3
Click download log. You should now have a syslog.txt file. Email that to technical support.
