 This article will discuss the part numbers you would order to obtain the Flexedge product group license unlock keys.

• DA30 series 
• DA50 series 
• DA70 series 

PRE-REQUISITES 

• One of the above product models 
• The device key .TXT file

To order a unlock key you will need to supply customer service with both the part number of the key you require, and the device key accessed via the unit system webserver under system > system info> get device key.

This will be a .TXT file and you will want to save it as is. DO NOT CHANGE the file name.
