Anybus Defender configuration

In MENU under “System” go to “Package Manager” then press “Available Packages” and search for “Tailscale” and install it.

After go to “VPN” -> “Tailscale” and and tick “Enable Tailscale”.

Under "Routing" you will see "Advertised Routes", enter the LAN subnet, in this example 192.168.200.0/24

After that press the “Status” tab and it will look like this:

Copy the https link and enter it in your browser and you will have to login on the “Tailscale” website, you should see a “Connect” button, press it and you should see a “Login Successful”.

After a few seconds you will be redirected to the console with all the machines are connected.

Under the Anybus Defender name you will see "Subnets" hovering over it you will see "This machine has unapproved routes", to remedy this press the three dots on the right and then "Edit route settings", tick the box next to the subnet you added and then save, this will allow you access to the LAN subnet of the Anybus Defender when you are connected by Tailscale.

On the Anybus Defender under “Firewall” -> “Rules” go to the "Tailscale" interface and add a new rule:

Protocol: TCP
Destination: This firewall
Dst Port Range 443-443

and save, now you will be able to access the WebGUI of the Anybus Defender by using the Tailscale IP address for it.
