This article outlines the necessary steps and connection points for integrating the Intesis GW with the Daikin VRF outdoor unit.
Ensure that all Daikin indoor units are properly configured and addressed to enable effective communication. The group address assignation is essential (Daikin AirNet is not needed by the Intesis GW). Next, connect the Intesis Gateway (GW) to the F1/F2 outdoor units to integrate and control them.
The F1/F2 indoor and outdoor units are separated by a relay that controls their communication. During outdoor unit initialisation, the relay stays open to block communication. Once initialisation is complete, the relay closes to enable data and control signals to pass through.
