The Exlar valve positioner is used widely in the Oil & Gas industry to control the flow of various items due to the precise position capabilities it has. For this reason we have created this tech note to allow for using any piece of Red Lion Equipment that has an RS485 with ModbusRTU driver to be able to poll this device.
