Here is a list of potential questions you might ask yourself about purchasing additional devices to keep using your Talk2m free subscription :

 

Question 1:

How do I keep my Talk2m free subscription ?
Response:

To keep your Talk2m free subscription, you must register a new device to your account at least every 12 months.  A "new device" is a device that has never been registered on the Talk2m cloud.  Re-registering an existing device DOES NOT extend your Talk2m free subscription.

 

Question 2:

How can I purchase additional Ewon devices?
Response:

To order your Ewon gateways, please contact your HMS distributor or representative.

He'll take care of your request so that you can receive your order as quickly as possible.

 

Question 3:

I ordered new devices which will be delivered after the expiration date of my Talk2m free account, what should I do?
Response:

To avoid losing access to your devices, we recommend you activate a 3-month free trial of the Talk2m pro plan. This will buy you some time before your devices are delivered.

Please note, however, that this Talk2m pro free trial offer is valid only once. In future, be sure to order your new devices in good time.

For greater security and peace of mind, we recommend you opt for the Talk2m light or Talk2m pro plan. Not only will you be guaranteed constant access to your machines, but you'll also benefit from more features.
