Is there a free trial of the Talk2m pro plan?

Yes! Here’s how to activate a free 3‑month Talk2m pro trial:

• Install the latest version of Ecatcher.
• Log in to your Talk2m account or create a Free+ account.
• Go to Account → Credit & Contract and click “Request Talk2m pro…”.
• Restart Ecatcher.

You have 3 months to upgrade by purchasing a refill. If you do not upgrade, your account returns to Talk2m free.

The Talk2m pro trial is available only once per account.

Is the Talk2m pro plan limited in time?

No. Talk2m pro is not time‑limited.

A standard refill (TM50041 - Talk2m pro Credit) usually lasts around one year depending on your VPN and DataMailbox usage. When the credit becomes negative, simply purchase a new refill.

What kind of technical support is available for Talk2m pro users?

All Talk2m plans include the same technical support.

How can I upgrade from Talk2m free to Talk2m pro?

• Open Ecatcher and log into your Talk2m account.
• Go to Account → Credit & Contract.
• Select “Request Talk2m pro…” and follow the steps.
• Restart Ecatcher.

You then have 3 months to confirm the upgrade by purchasing a refill. If no refill is purchased, the account returns to Talk2m free.

What happens if I reach the limits of the Talk2m pro plan?

Talk2m pro allows you to exceed the included quotas.

Extra VPN traffic or DataMailbox datapoints are added to your monthly fee and deducted from your account credit at the end of the month.

Can I adapt Talk2m pro's features to my needs?

Yes. You can adjust the number of included concurrent connections.

The default is 5. You can change this in Ecatcher → Account → Credit & Contract.

Increasing the number of connections increases the included VPN traffic accordingly.

All unit prices and extra usage costs (VPN, DataMailbox, SMS…) are shown in the same section.

Is security different between Talk2m free, Talk2m light and Talk2m pro?

No. All Talk2m plans offer the same high level of security and data protection.

Talk2m light and Talk2m pro include an SLA that provides additional service guarantees.

Does Talk2m pro impact the performance of my devices?

No. Talk2m pro does not affect the performance of Ewon devices.

The included SLA ensures stable and reliable connectivity.
