To benefit from Talk2m free, you need to register at least one new Ewon device in Ecatcher every 12 months (*).

(*) A “new Ewon device” is a device never registered in Talk2m before. Re-registering an existing device DOES NOT extend your Talk2m free subscription.
As the name suggests, the Talk2m free plan costs nothing.
To benefit, however, you need to register at least one new Ewon device every 12 months. Once this period has elapsed without a new device having been registered, your account is suspended.
Talk2m free is our most basic plan. It lets you register an unlimited number of devices and users, but allows only one VPN connection at a time.

When a limit is reached, the account is capped until the next month.
The plan also requires registering one new Ewon device every 12 months. If no new device is registered, the account is suspended.
Reminder emails are sent starting 3 months before suspension.
How to check your last device registration date

How to monitor VPN and DataMailbox usage
To increase your available VPN or DataMailbox capacity, upgrade to Talk2m light or Talk2m pro.
Talk2m light includes 2 concurrent VPN connections and a global SLA.
Talk2m pro provides extended limits, user groups, device pools and advanced user rights.

If this occurs frequently, upgrading to Talk2m light or Talk2m pro is recommended.
Yes. You can register multiple devices, but doing so does not extend the validity by 12 month. Talk2m free always expires 12 months after the last new device is added.
For managing multiple devices, Talk2m light or Talk2m pro is recommended as those services included multiple Concurrent connections, the ability to transfer more data, and a global Service Level Agreement (SLA).
And with Talk2m pro, you can also define user groups and device pools with advanced user rights management.
You then have 3 months to confirm the upgrade by purchasing a refill. If no refill is purchased, the account returns to Talk2m free.
