How to request the downgrade of my Talk2m pro/light Account to free

What is the procedure if I want to stop my Talk2m pro/light subscription and be therefore downgraded to the free subscription?

To request the downgrade of your Talk2m pro/light account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Regularize your possible negative credit. If credit refills must be done, contact your local HMS representative.
  2. Fill out the downgrade request pdf form.
    Note that it should be the administrator of the account that need to fill out and sign the form.
     
  3. Create a new ticket in the HMS Support Portal.
  4. Select "Talk2m Account Changes" as Product group.
  5. Attach the pdf form to your ticket.

When downgrading an Talk2m pro/light account to free, there are some important practical consequences. Please take a moment to read this article : Consequences of a Talk2m downgrade (pro/light to free).

If you are a distributor, you can have the administrator of the account fill out and sign the form in step 1, and then go through step 2-4 as described above.
