This article describes the different possibilities available to transfer one or several Ewons from one account to another.

TRANSFER THE EWONS
Normally you should delete wanted Ewons from the original account to be able to register them on another. But this method requires a local access to the Ewons as once deleted, you can't connect remotely with eCatcher anymore.
Fortunately, there are other possibilities depending on the types (Free+ or Pro) of the original and the destination account.

Free+ to Pro : Use the "Import All Ewons from another account" feature in eCatcher when connected to the destination (Pro) account. You don't have the choice of the Ewons as all are transferred from the original to the destination account.
- Free+ to Free+ : There is no possibility in this case. However, you can still use the Pro trial on the destination account and use the method above.
- Pro to Pro : In this case the account administrator can open a support ticket and provide the names of original and destination accounts + a list of all the Ewons you want to transfer. If all Ewons from the original account need to be transferred, the original account will have to be downgraded first. Therefore you'll have to refer to point 1 (Free+ to Pro). Please note that in both cases (transfer or downgrade of the original account), the request will be approved only if you're an administrator of the original account or if we can directly reach out to this person for his agreement.
