The N-Tron® NT328G Layer 3 Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch is a powerful, versatile and rugged 28-port managed switch for network management. High security, built-in redundancy, priority queuing and best-in-class features deliver advanced control and superior performance. Suitable for bandwidth-intensive applications in harsh industrial environments.
Eight 10/100/1000 Gigabit RJ-45 ports, 16 dualmode 100/1000Base Gigabit SFP slots and four dualmode 1000/10GBase SFP+ expansion slots. RJ-45 ports are auto-sensing for duplex and MDIX. SFP transceivers sold separately.
Layer 3 routing capability includes GVRP; VRRP v2, v3; RIP v1, v2; OSPF; static routing, and L3 forwarding with capacity up to 32 static routes, 512 dynamic routes and 8 VRRP groups.

Hardened metal 19” IP30 rackmount enclosure designed for long-life use in harsh industrial conditions.
SFP expansion slots take four 10 Gigabit SFP+ transceivers that support either 10G SFP+ fiber or 1G copper or fiber SFP transceivers.
Fully managed features are easily configurable from a web browser. Set up SNMP, VLANs, Quality of Service (QoS), port trunking, port mirroring, IGMP, SNMP and RSTP to your specifications.
Quality of Service (QoS) features include traffic policing, traffic shaping, queue scheduling and storm control.
IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 1613 compliant. Suitable for hazardous environments with UL Class I, Division 2 rating and CE certifications. EN 50155, EN 50121, EN 61373 Rail approval. Operating temperature of -40 °C to 75 °C and over 1m hours MTBF.
LED indicators indicate system and port status.
RSTP/MSTP protocols, LACP (port trunking) and high-speed proprietary Ring-and-chain protocol delivers high network redundancy with <20ms recovery time. Saves the switch configuration to a management station or FTP/TFTP server.
Security features include a policy/profile-based Access Control List, RADIUS port and user authentication, IP Source Guard (DHCP) and TLS/SSL encryption. Uses HTTPS, SSH, SSL and SNMPv3 protocols for safe connections.
