The Graphite Strain Gage Input Module is a full featured single loop PID control for your Graphite® products. Accepts low level signals from a variety of bridge-type transducers. With SSR outputs and an analog output, the GMSG module can perform virtually any combination of time-proportioning or linear control.

    High-performing PID controller for use with Graphite® HMIs. Offers dedicated single PID loop input.

  • Strain gage input capability

    Accepts low level signals from a wide variety of bridge-type transducers, such as load cells, pressure transducers, torque transducers, and more.

  • Multiple control modes and Auto-Tune feature

    Operates in On/Off, P, PI, or PID control mode. Use the on-demand Auto-Tune feature to establish PID settings and tuning constants, or operate in manual mode for direct output control.

  • Overshoot suppression feature

    Unique feature allows quick response without excessive overshoot.

  • Simple setup with Crimson® configuration software

    Configure new systems and perform routine re-calibrations with Windows® compatible Crimson® configuration software. The user-friendly graphical interface makes programming quick and easy.

  • LED status and alarm indicators

    Status LEDs display startup routine, error states, output status and alarms.

  • Designed for harsh environments

    Durable metal construction. Suitable for hazardous environments with UL Class I, Division 2 listing and CE, ATEX/UKEX and IECEx approved. ABS Type approval for shipboard applications. Operating temperature of -40 °C to 75 °C

  • Module powered by Graphite® HMI

    Power is supplied by the Graphite® host device. Maximum power: 5.6 W.
