Working Student (f/m/d) – Web Content & SEO (German Market)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Working Student to support our marketing communication activities and help manage the German version of our website. You will be responsible for translations and for ensuring high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that is aligned with the global (English) master site and supports our digital marketing goals. You will also contribute to a broad range of marketing communication activities, including content creation for campaigns, trade fair and event coordination, social media communication, CRM data management, reporting, and other marketing operations.

You will be located at our Office in Karlsruhe.

Working hours ~ 20 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Management

• Maintain and update the German website in alignment with the English master site
• Edit and localize AI-translated content for the German market
• Proofread, validate, and publish content
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines
• Keep website pages and product information up to date

SEO & Marketing Support

• Optimize content for search engines and AI visibility (SEO)
• Support content creation for marketing campaigns and communication activities
• Assist with trade fairs, events, social media communication, and follow-up activities
• Support CRM data management, reporting, and marketing operations

Collaboration

• Participate in regular meetings with the global translation team
• Work closely with web, SEO, and content teams to deliver a consistent user experience

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• Strong interest in web content management and SEO
• Native or fluent German and good English skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Basic knowledge of CMS tools and web environments is an advantage
