Summary
The General Assembler II position assembles industrial display and control equipment, human machine interface, electronic components, and subassemblies.
Essential Job Functions
Assembles boards and units using hand tools to complete product assembly
Proficiently use common assembly, hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, and clamps as required.
Proficient in soldering and use of soldering tools.
Able to perform both automated and assembling processes.
Perform non-standard processes such as, hi-pot, conformal coating, and silicone as needed.
Requirements
Industry applicable certifications preferred (IPC, etc.)
3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret documents and the ability to write routine reports
Microsoft Excel experience a plus
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs by oneself
