Staffan Dahlström has been awarded the Business Medal “for having developed a business idea and taken it to the world through a combination of research, development and entrepreneurial drive”.
Staffan comments: “I am incredibly proud of this medal, but at the same time this company is not a one-man show, we have 1,100 employees and we have built this together over a very long time.
‘Which customer problem do I solve’ – that is the most important thing for an entrepreneur, so my advice to young entrepreneurs is to be close to the customers. It is good to have a nice product, but it is even more important to have good customer relations.”
