We are looking for a curious, techy easy going candidate to become one of our new Technical Support Engineer to join our current team in Igualada. Your role will be a key factor in the development of our relationship with our customers, their first contact point for after-sales consultancy and a connection between them and our technical team.
Essential Job Functions
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be:
  • Ensuring customers get post-sales support to take full advantage of Intesis products
  • Helping customers through our ticketing tool
  • Registering and maintaining relevant data in the ticketing tool
  • Reporting relevant improvements, complaints and bugs to your team lead
  • Maintaining the support tools (ticketing tool, simulators, product testing environment…)
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Resourceful in solving problems.
Customer oriented.
Electronic engineer or equivalent engineering qualification.
Proficient English Level (technical writing and speaking) with the availability to communicate clearly.
Knowledge of Building Automation Protocols (Modbus, KNX, BACnet…).

Additional skills to be considered

Knowledge of Air Conditioners Technologies
Knowledge of IOT protocols
Other languages
