Position The position focuses on providing structured operational support and coordinated case management within Supply. The role supports daily supply operations by handling system- and process-related requests, maintaining master data, and ensuring accurate information flow across global Supply teams. The Supply Support Coordinator acts as a central coordination point between business users and process/system specialists, contributing to stable operations, high data quality, and standardized ways of working as HMS continues to grow and integrate new entities, processes, and systems.
Responsibility
Act as a first-line support function for Supply-related operational questions and case requests across systems such as D365, CRM, and EDI.
Coordinate communication between business users and relevant process or system specialists to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution.
Maintain and update master data and system parameters to support daily Supply operations and ensure high data quality.
Document supports routines, processes, and solutions to promote transparency, knowledge sharing, and consistent ways of working across global Supply.
Provide guidance and support to Supply teams and Divisions in system usage and operational processes.
Contribute to standardization initiatives and continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and working methods.
Tasks
Handle and coordinate incoming case requests related to master data, order flows, and operational support.
Ensure structured follow-up, prioritization, and communication throughout the case lifecycle.
Perform master data maintenance and parameter updates in relevant systems according to defined processes and guidelines.
Create, maintain, and share documentation related to support routines, system usage, and common issues.
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer by providing guidance and first-line support to users within Global Supply.
Collaborate with Global Supply functions, IT, and system owners to improve support efficiency and process stability.
Regularly discuss work frameworks with the immediate manager to maintain a clear, documented structure, ensuring all essential tasks are prioritized and potential risks are managed.
