Essential Job Functions 

  • Works in collaboration with the engineering team, product management and marketing to understand the needs of the customer and develops workable engineering solutions to enable user-friendly product design.   

  • Develops, tests, and documents software systems to specification. 

  • Carries out other duties as assigned as business needs require.

Minimum Required Education and Skills: 

  • Current studies in STEM degree (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred).  

  • Passion for developing software applications for multiple platforms (Windows and Linux). 

  • Eager to learn about Agile frameworks, DevOps tools, and VCS practices. 

 

Preferred Technical Skills 

  • Basic understanding in high level programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python scripting. 

  • Basic understanding of OOPs (Abstract classes, virtual functions, inheritance, interfaces, templates). 

  • Basic understanding of Linux operating system. 

  • Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps workflows.
