Channel Partner Manager (m/f/d) DACH
As our Channel Partner Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales partners across the DACH region.
You will develop and implement strategies to boost our sales through partner channels. With your communication skills and networking talent, you’ll drive close collaboration with our partners, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to effectively promote and sell our technical products.

We are now looking for a Channel Partner Manager (f/m/d) DACH Region to support our Team.
Location: Karlsruhe / remote
Your Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and further develop relationships with our distributors/channel partners across the high-performing DACH region.
• Identify new channel partners and evaluate their potential to meet our sales goals and strengthen our market presence.
• Support partners through sales training sessions, ensuring they are well-versed in our products and can promote and sell them effectively.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to design impactful sales and marketing campaigns.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
• Track key performance indicators such as revenue targets, partner sales performance, and market trends through regular reporting.
Your Qualifications
• Solid experience in sales, ideally in the distribution of technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of sales and channel structures, market access strategies, and relevant industries—especially in automation technology, building technology, or related fields.
• You thrive in an international environment and bring strong social and intercultural skills to our global team.
• You are known for your structured, independent, and process-oriented way of working, backed by strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, allowing you to communicate confidently in an international setting.
You are open to travel within the DACH region (approx. 40–50%) and occasionally to our European sites (2–3 times per year). A company car is provided for both business and private use.
