Return shipments are delivered with DHL, "CPT (Destination)". If can not use DHL for product returns then please state this in the "Problem Description" box! Before returning a product to HMS, you need to obtain a (PRN) Product Return Number otherwise known as (RMA) number. By completing this form you will automatically receive your PRN. Please print this out and save it!
